If Bartr is acquired, merged, or undergoes a change of control, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction. We will notify you via email and/or a prominent notice in the app before your data is transferred and becomes subject to a different privacy policy.
We retain your account information for as long as your account is active. Transaction records are retained for a minimum of 7 years to comply with financial recordkeeping requirements.
